PAYMENT METHODS

Maison Evelyn offer the customers the following payment methods to pay for the products:​​

​In either way, customers can

  • select the products;

  • modify the products in the “cart”;

  • verify the delivery address or provide a new one.

 

In “My Cart”, a payment method will be chosen by clicking on the "CHECKOUT" button. The next step is to type in the payment and delivery information, then check, read, and accept the general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box.

By clicking "CHECKOUT", customers can choose using 1). ME gift card 2). credit card 3). Wise to continue the checkout process.

1. ME Gift Card​

The Maison Evelyn e-gift card can be purchased under “SHOP ALL” and be redeemed (multiple times until the balance turns zero) at checkout. The gift card will be received via email and will not expire.

 

Please note: the current system does not allow recipients to check their gift card balance. Please contact us if needed.

2. Checkout - Credit Cards​

Continue the payment using a credit card.

3. Checkout - Wise 

At Maison Evelyn, we accept money transfers. We advise using Wise for low-cost international money transfers to our bank account. Plus, extra 30 Reward ME points will be rewarded if Wise is chosen as the payment method.

 

Once an order is placed, we will send you the payment information for your Wise transfer. Here is a step-by-step guide:

  • Open a Wise account (if you haven’t one) ;

  • Click “Send money” on the top left corner after login;

  • Choose “International” and type in the order amount in Euro (€) in “Recipient gets”. The exact amount in your local currency will be shown automatically;

  • Choose “Business or charity” in “Who are you sending to?”;

  • Type in info@maisonevelyn.com in “Their email” and check “I know their bank details”;

  • Choose “Inside Europe” in “Recipient’s bank details”;

  • Type in “Maison Evelyn” in “Name of the business / organisation” and our IBAN;

  • Type in the invoice no. in “Reference for Maison Evelyn”;

  • Choose “Manually transfer the money from your bank” in “How would you like to pay?”;

 

Follow the instructions and choose how you want to manually transfer (e.g. using Faster Payment System, FPS) the money to Wise. REMEMBER to use the reference provided by Wise while transferring money to them. ​You will receive a confirmation email from us once the order is paid*. We will deliver the order once the payment is received.

*Note: Even Wise say your payment is completed (they have transferred your payment to our bank account), it may still take 1-2 days for us to actually receive the payment. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible once we confirm your payment is made successfully.

If a payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract formed. Payment by credit card or by Wise is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use, if proven, customers may demand the cancellation of the payment. The sum paid will be credited or returned. To obtain reimbursement of the bank charges, the cardholder or account holder must contact his bank.
