GENERAL CONDITIONS
These conditions of sale are concluded by Maison Evelyn, which is registered in the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés in France under the number 89829000200010. Maison Evelyn, located in Paris, is hereinafter referred to as “the company” and manages its site (Maison Evelyn, https://www.maisonevelyn.com). Anyone wishing to make a purchase via this website will, hereinafter, be referred to as "the customer".

A. Purpose
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual agreement between Maison Evelyn and the customer. They are applicable to any purchases made through the website.

The purchase of a product through this site entails acknowledgement and unreserved acceptance of these conditions of sale by the customer, who must have the legal capacity to make any purchases under these conditions. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read the said conditions prior to purchasing.

The company retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of this site. The conditions applicable will be those in effect on the date of the order by the customer.

B. Products
The products offered are those on this site, subject to stock. Each product is presented on the website with description and characteristics (ingredients, nutritional values, etc.) included. The photos shown on the site are as accurate as possible and do not bind the company in any way.

Before making any purchases, please be aware of the ingredients/materials of the products to avoid causing any allergies, for which the company will not be held responsible.

C. Prices
The prices appearing on the site are in Euro (€). All transactions will be settled in Euros. All taxes and charges excluded. The final amounts might be different due to the exchange rate between Euro (€) and Hong Kong Dollar ($) or any other currencies. The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the prices appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only ones applicable to the customer.

The prices indicated do not include delivery costs. Customers may refer to the Delivery Policy to understand the costs of delivery.

D. Order and payment
Before making any order, the customer may or may not create an account on the site. The customer can only consult his account (order status, profile, etc.) by identifying himself.

The company offers the customer various payment methods to pay for the products. Customers may refer to the Payment Methods to understand the process.

The confirmation of an order entails the acknowledgement and acceptance of these conditions of sale. All the data provided and the confirmation recorded will constitute as proof of the purchase. If the customer enters his email address while ordering, the company will send a confirmation email to acknowledge the order. E. Delivery & withdrawal
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographic areas. The company will provide the customer with the tracking number of his goods by email.

If the customer is absent on the delivery date, a additional HK $30 (appied to delivery in person in Hong Kong only) will be charged for arranging another delivery in person. If the courier fails to deliver the goods due to incorrect address, phone number or absence of a recipient, the customer will need to bear an additional courier fee, if any, for arranging another delivery.

The risks associated with transport are not the responsibility of the company when the items are in the hands of the courier. The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the courier upon delivery. Goods will be signed for to acknowledge the quantity and quality of the goods delivered. The customer has the right to return the products if only food contamination is suspected.

The customer is advised to check the company’s Delivery Policy as well as the Acknowledgement of Receipt, Return & Refund before placing an order.

F. Liability
The company will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
